Intro

Hey kids -

So I just wanna tell you the premise of this blog....

It started about two weeks ago when I was sitting at work, and out of nowhere, "It Wasn't Me" by Shaggy popped in my head. I had no idea how or why it did, but there it was. A few days later, "How Much is That Doggy In the Window" popped in the ol' noggin. WTF! I thought, what is going on? I then realized that my brain is like a jukebox; a horrible, hilarious jukebox. Sure, I have normal, decent songs in my head most of the time, but every so often, a real gem gets stuck in there and I can't get it out.

Flash forward to you reading this right now. Instead of letting these songs go to waste, I thought I would share them with you. I've started to keep a notebook with me lately, and when I get a song in my head, I'll write it down, and hopefully be able to trace the stream of coinsciouness as to why it got in there. Then, I'll post it on my blog, and you can see what songs my inner sountrack is playing!

So here is my hope: if nothing else, I can share songs with you that will make you laugh, make you say "oh man I haven't heard that one in forever!", and most importantely make you get them stuck in your head so that you curse me for the rest of the day! Because in doing that, you'll never forget me.
